All Mercivine Soaps are handcrafted. Because our products are personal & hygienic, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hrs. @ maryann@mercivine.com with photos. We will replace the item or give a store credit. We are not responsible for USPS delays, packaged marked " delivered" or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
